Ingredients: Hot Chocolate Mix (87%) (Ground dark chocolate (67%) cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder. Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa 50.1% minimum. Sugar (33%). Cinnamon (5%), Star Anise (3%), Cloves, Cardamom pods, Nutmeg, Black Peppercorns. Naturally Caffeine Free. 

May also contain: Nuts, Peanuts, Gluten, Celery, Milk, Mustard, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide, eggs.

About the maker: Andrew started Chala Chai in 2020 after attempting many combinations for Chai recipes during lockdown. Since then he has gone on to become an award winning chai maker! Everything is made in small batches which is full of flavour, quality, and high-grade ingredients.
